Homeowner Customer Care Information

At Corinth Residential, we strive to build a defect-free home; however, we are realistic and know that some items in the home may not perform as intended. Rest assured, we will make necessary corrections through our Warranty Department. In support of this, Corinth Residential provides you with a 12-Month Builder's Warranty Program, a 10-year limited warranty through Quality Builders Warranty, and a Homeowner Orientation Folder with material and workmanship standards, which outline our commitment to you after moving in and beyond.

For emergency situations, please call 911 or refer to the Emergency Service Protocol sheet which you received at your Homeowner Orientation.

Non-Emergency Warranty Requests:
For existing Homeowners, who have received your ITK Homeowner Portal login information, you may submit a warranty request via your portal or you may contact our Customer Care coordinator using the information below to submit a warranty request. In most cases you will be contacted within 48 hours.

Please be sure to provide the following information to receive the most efficient service when you submit a warranty request:

  1. Include digital photographs labeled with Item # to ensure we can review each concern.
  2. Be specific with Item Description for each Item#. Include location / room name and let us know if it has been previously reported*
  3. Show location of each Item# on mini floor plan labeled with Item#.
  4. Include your next best date(s) & time(s) to schedule an onsite appointment.

The Warranty Department will contact you to set up an inspection appointment or to schedule service. Service appointments are available from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Thank you for your cooperation!
