At Corinth Residential we strive to build a defect-free home, however, we are realistic and know that there may be mistakes or that something in the home may not perform as intended. Rest assured, when either occurs, we will make necessary corrections through our Warranty Program. In support of this commitment, Corinth Residential provides you with a limited warranty and a booklet that contains material and workmanship standards with the sales agreement, which outlines our commitment to you after move in and beyond.  

For existing Homeowners, please use the form on this page to submit a warranty request and you will be contacted in most cases within 48 hours. 

For emergency situations, please call 911 or refer to the Emergency Service Protocol sheet which you received at your Homeowner Orientation.
